Extremely bad. Hotel need to reduce the amount of guest and improve food quality and hygiene
The hotel is close to the city center and beach. Possible to go there to eat, shop and relax. Staff was friendly Staff in the bars were friendly and professional
Overcrowded dining areas and around the buffet No requirements for hand disinfectants especially in buffet areas No service in the buffet – meaning people took all he food by themselves. Nothing was served which could have reduced the risk of spreading microorganisms. No enforcements of basic hygiene requirements around the buffet or food areas. The bad food and missing hygiene demands resulted in a serious stomach infection (one of our family members) which also resulted in hospitalization. You really need to improve this, have never seen anything this bad before. Very crowded pool areas - impossible to get a place in the shade. people reserving pool areas from very early in the morning Ice cream not tasty at all. Extremely noisy from all over the hotel. Clearly not equipped to support all those guests. Extremely noisy in dining areas. It was not possible to talk to each other when eating in the great buffet restaurant. Rooms and doors not noise isolated. You could hear kids running around in the halls all day and until very late in evening. One pool was supposed to be for adults only. This pool was also overcrowded and full of kids. Food was bad. Low quality food prepared in very big portions. Quantity clearly preferred instead of quality. Ridiculous to only serve waffles (which actually tasted nice) for only one hour a day
